RISTINE Hermosa wants to make it clear that she is not living in with Diether Ocampo. They've been on for three years now, but they have separate homes. He has his own house near Morato Avenue and she, a condo in Cubao. They plan to to tie the knot, possibly next year, and she wants it to be a garden wedding. Has she seen Diet's love child, Dream?

“No, hindi pa,” she says at the presscon of her first horror film, “Wag Kang Lilingon.” “I've seen him sa video and sa pictures, but not in person. Ayaw raw noong mommy niya, not yet the right time. But I really want to be close to the boy at nang makapag-bonding naman kami.” She had a conflict then with Pauleen Luna who admitted Diet wooed her. Pauleen is now being linked to Marvin Agustin and there's a report that Kristine said something against the two, like “Sinalo ni Pauleen ang lalaking tira-tirahan ko na nanligaw pero di nakalusot sa akin.”

Marvin already said that he and Kristine became officially on for a while after they did “Sa Sandaling Kailangan Mo Ako.” What can Kristine say about this?

“The truth is I didn't even know that Marvin is courting her. No one has interviewed me for a long time and I never said anything like that na sinalo or tira-tirahan. If it's true he's courting her, sana , seryosohin niya yung bata. I wish them well.”

It's her first time to do a horror film and they shot it in a haunted house. “Before and after the shoot, I make it a point to pray to make sure walang sumamang multo or anything bad sa akin when I go home,” she says.

She plays Angel in the second episode, “Salamin” “Breadwinner ako rito. Mom ko si Cherry Pie Picache. One midnight, I discover an old mirror and I ask it to show the future. I didn't know I'm opening a gate for bad spirits to come in and strange things start happening in our home. It's really scary as I'm even shown a vision of my family being killed.”

Aside from “Wag Kang Lilingon,” Kristine is also in the cast of the Metro Filmfest entry, “Enteng Kabisote 3” with Vic Sotto.

TEXTERS FAVORITE EXPELLED, FINALLY

TEXTERS favorite Kristoff Abrenica was finally expelled from “ Pinoy Dream Academy ” after he got his fifth nomination from jurors Kuh Ledesma, Noel Trinidad and Eugene Villaluz last Saturday. Kris took it good naturedly and says he's looking forward to having a career outside PDA since he knows he has many fans who keep on voting for him in the past weeks that he got nominated.

Among his co-nominees, the one who got the highest number of votes from texters was Chad Peralta from Australia , garnering 37.21. Chad was also named Scholar of the week for his knockout rendition of Freddie Aguilar's “Anak”. He got a high score of 9.3. from the jurors. The new nominees for probation are Yvan Lambatan who got 7.2, Yia Ginez (7.6), Michelle Bond (a low 6.9, her fourth nomination), and Irish Fullerton (7.3, her first nomination.)

We were surprised at the inclusion of Yvan as he did an excellent version of Gary V's “Eto Na Naman” and was also a good dancer. Even Irish's rendition of “Larger than Life” was quite impressive for us. We really thought it's Panky Trinidad who'd be nominated as she gave a half-hearted performance of “Point of No Return”. But obviously, you can't predict who the jurors will like.

Headmaster Jim Paredes (who's really the best choice for the job) announced that there will be mid-term theoretical and practical exams this week for the remaining scholars. The one with the lowest grade after the exams will be automatically nominated for expulsion. The show will now also be seen in an earlier slot, after “Maging Sino Ka Man”, since it's rating very well. “Crazy for You” is the one pushed to a later slot since it's not performing as expected.
